Of late, there seems to be more and more involved with posting a comment to some blogs, not all by any means, but enough!
It is a little tedious having to repetitively certify that I am not a robot, but many blogs have introduced an additional step where you are required to check items in a montage of pictures. First of all, it doesn't always work. I have tried three times on a blog this morning and it will not accept my comment and keeps recycling me back to the pictures. Even if I deliberately make a wrong selection it does not present a new set of images.
Add to this, if the blog is from a Norwegian, or a Dutch blogger, or a Polish blogger, the instructions for the pictures are in that language, and if the blogger is Russian, Cyrillic script is used. Obviously, I do not wish to imply a sense of entitlement about the English language, but to have to copy and then Google a translation, and then return to the pictures, is annoying to say the least. AND IT DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK!
I am not sure whether bloggers have to choose to have these buffers on their blog or whether they are a component of the blog over which they have no choice. It is frustrating, however.
If you know that I follow your blog and I have not left a comment as I normally do, this is probably the reason. It certainly is not because I find your blog any less interesting. I am just stymied when I try to do it and after three attempts I give up.
