I just returned from a successful and highly enjoyable visit to Colombia with birding friends. We'll all have very fond memories for years to come. Great birds, great companions, friendly hosts and warm, engaging, interesting people everywhere we travelled.

ReplyDeleteIt’s interesting, Sandra, that we chatted with an American from Santa Clara, CA one day. He had been asked by friends whether he was fearful about going to Colombia and he advised them that he exercised more caution going to the Safeway store to buy groceries, and would not even consider going into a church or a classroom.
