Sorry to hea...I love your Black Duck images, David. Sorry to hear that they've a tendency to interbreed with Mallards. This seems to be something that, for some reason, is far more common between ducks (and geese) than any other group of birds. In my experience, in UK there are 'hot spots' of interbreeding where nearly every duck you see seems to be a hybrid. Fortunately these aren't too common.

You're tempting me with those Buffleheads again!!Richard Peglerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05115206853645323899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1519151644964316600.post-1848020397618717262013-11-22T10:06:59.121-05:002013-11-22T10:06:59.121-05:00Very special David ducks and ducks in the last pic...Very special David ducks and ducks in the last picture I have never seen in my opinion!Helmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01669041021568049241noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1519151644964316600.post-14089998916634162542013-11-21T11:11:31.054-05:002013-11-21T11:11:31.054-05:00
